All technical data, specifications, and performance metrics provided on this site are based on laboratory conditions and controlled testing. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for their specific industrial application. SRPL's liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of defective material.
3. Order and Dispatch
All industrial orders are subject to availability and written confirmation by our commercial team. Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs processing, global logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
4. Intellectual Property
All technical documents, formulation advice, brand marks, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.
