SHREEBOND BU-90 is a versatile butylated urea formaldehyde resin designed for high-performance thermosetting coatings. It provides rapid cure, high film hardness, and strong chemical resistance, making it well-suited for coil coatings, can interiors, metal primers, and industrial finishes that require durability and speed.

Its balanced formulation ensures good compatibility with common resin backbones and supports low-VOC, high-solids systems.

  • Non-Volatile Content: 58 ± 2%

  • Viscosity @ 25°C: 200–500 cps

  • Free Formaldehyde: ≤0.8%

  • Solubility: Soluble in alcohols, esters, ketones, aromatics
