Shreebond BU-640 – Butylated Urea Formaldehyde Resin for Smooth, Flexible, and Durable Coatings

Shreebond BU-640 – Butylated Urea Formaldehyde Resin for Smooth, Flexible, and Durable Coatings

SHREEBOND BU-640 is a butylated urea formaldehyde resin engineered for thermosetting coating systems where a combination of flexibility, film smoothness, and chemical resistance is required. It is particularly suitable for coil coatings, drum linings, can coatings, and industrial primers, especially those involving post-forming or deformation processes.

With a softer backbone and high compatibility, BU-640 offers a fine balance between flow, film toughness, and post-cure flexibility.
