SHREEBOND BU-610 is a high-reactivity butylated urea formaldehyde resin developed for thermosetting coatings that demand a quick cure, high gloss, and strong film hardness. Its compatibility with a wide range of resins makes it an excellent crosslinker for coil coatings, can coatings, industrial primers, and metal finishes.

BU-610 is especially effective in systems that run on high-speed production lines and require excellent film performance at low bake temperatures.

  • Non-Volatile Content: 58 ± 2%

  • Viscosity @ 25°C: 200–500 cps

  • Free Formaldehyde: ≤0.8%

  • Specific Gravity @ 25°C: ~1.09–1.11 g/cm³

  • Solubility: Soluble in alcohols, esters, ketones, aromatics

  • Shelf Life: 12 months in tightly sealed containers under normal storage conditions
